HAJOK Design, founded in 1997, is one of the leading brand and packaging design agencies in Germany. We are a team of about 45 with very diverse areas of expertise: brand strategy and consulting, naming, packaging design, final artwork, and production support. Focusing on FMCG, HAJOK Design provides design solutions for well-known national and international customers such as Adelholzener, Colgate-Palmolive, Essity, Fressnapf, Kühne Melitta, Rewe und Unilever.

Your tasks include

Creation and implementation of design strategies

Coordination and supervision of design projects from conception to completion

Preparing and giving design presentations in both German and English

Team organisation, motivation and development

Close cooperation with other departments

Contact person for clients in all design matters

Coordination of external partners and suppliers

Responsibility for the design budget and efficient use of resources

Identification and integration of relevant design and technology trends – with a particular focus on AI

Continuously reviewing and improving our design processes to increase quality
