We are currently looking for a full-time Junior Project Manager (f/m/d).

Your tasks include

• Management of packaging design projects through all stages (from creative brief to billing)
• Handling of the operative day-to-day business
• Communication and coordination between client, team and suppliers
• Preparation of cost estimates and project timelines
• Planning and monitoring of processes, timings, and costs

Skills and experience you should bring to the job

• Completed studies in the field of business administration/marketing/communication or a comparable education
• 1-2 years of experience as a project manager in an agency, ideally in the field of packaging design
• A good understanding of the clients’ needs, combined with strong communication and persuasive skills
• Organisational talent and team spirit
• Budget management skills
• Passionate commitment and an eye for detail
• Fluent in English and German
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
