REWE Beste Wahl is known for a large variety of products and high quality. The new packaging design is just as varied and high-quality as the product range itself.
The REWE Group has been a regular client at HAJOK Design since 2014. For the packaging design of its private label brand REWE Beste Wahl, as well as for REWE to go and ja! we are involved from the briefing right up to the finished print data. Once a design is completed, we always look forward to seeing the successful result on the supermarket shelf! The REWE Beste Wahl range comprises over 1,000 different products offering high quality at fair prices. HAJOK Design was commissioned with the relaunch of various product categories.
In order to react faster to trends and customer needs, it was necessary to create a flexible design matrix that enables more design freedom than simply applying a uniform approach to the whole product range. The newly designed brand logo still conveys overall brand essence. It was important to include certain category codes in the design. REWE Beste Wahl has to look as good as the competition, stand out from the other REWE private label brands while adopting a contemporary, unique look.
The packaging design is just as diverse as the product range itself. Each product group of REWE's Beste Wahl line-up is independent and has its own individual character. This is emphasised by the different typographies and designs that are product-specific yet show great variation. This way the REWE Beste Wahl designs provide playful and charming shelf impact.
