SOFT BREAD - STRONG DESIGN
The packaging design of the soft sliced-bread range by Ölz der Meisterbäcker is now much more modern, clearer and well-structured after the relaunch.
The Austrian family-run company Ölz der Meisterbäcker has been successfully producing baked goods for over 80 years. Ölz is the clear market leader in Austria with 95% brand awareness. HAJOK Design was commissioned for the packaging design of the soft sliced-bread product line – the brief: to develop a more modern and fresher look.
The aim of the relaunch was to create a high-quality on-shelf presence with clear, high-impact branding. The previous American elements were to be dispensed with in the new designs while at the same time guaranteeing recognizability at POS. Appetite appeal was to be strengthened and the aspects of naturalness and the quality bread-making character communicated on-pack.
The elaborate food shots on the packaging prove that a sandwich is anything but boring: a wide variety of ingredients and creative ideas whet the appetite for a delicious meal. Thanks to the clear colour coding, the differentiation of variants has been improved. The calm, uniform background also creates an overall well-structured and clear look, delighting our client: “The efficient, flexible and professional collaboration was very positive.
